Gin Elderberry Sour is a blend of sour beers aged in gin and red wine barrels for seven months and refermented with honey and whole elderberries. This tart beer has an assertive aroma of herbal gin botanicals and deep jam-like tones of elderberries, along with floral and piney notes of juniper and elderflower.
