We’re driven by thirst
We don’t make beer based on industry forecasting and market trends. We make the beer that we want to drink, when we want to drink it, and we’re pretty confident that you’ll like it too.
Craft Beer should be fun
What’s the point of making a great product if people are intimidated by it? We brew beer with everyone in mind, from those just getting into craft beer to certified master cicerones, and everyone in between.
Beer geeks, not beer snobs
We don’t judge people based on what they choose to drink. All that we care about is brewing unique, high quality beer that we can be proud to share with the world.
Hoparazzi India Pale Lager
Don’t mind the flashes. This unique pale lager with big hop aroma and citrus kick tends to attract a lot of attention.
Inspired by the West Coast IPAs, this pale gold lager is loaded with Pacific West Coast hops with a touch of crystal malt. This beer is fermented cool to keep the beer crisp and refreshing as well as dry-hopped to increase the citrusy hop aroma.6.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 50IBU 4-6˚c
Old Boy Classic Ale
A pint of your finest, kind sir! A refined, balanced ale for the discerning beer drinker. Raise your glass.
Rich malt flavours of caramel, toffee and light chocolate. This ale is an ode to the pub beers of England. Well balanced flavours of malts and hops make this beer a classic.5.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 25IBU 4-7˚c
Gypsy Tears Ruby Ale
Give me your tears, Gypsy! This ruby red ale will mesmerize you with a caravan of malt flavour and entrancing hop presence.
A ruby red coloured ale with a rich caramel malt flavour and a burst of West Coast hop aroma. Using only late hop additions and dry-hopping, the bitterness is restrained while the hop flavour and aroma are large.6.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 40IBU 5-8˚c
Lord of the Hops India Pale Ale
You don't need to be a wizard to recognize a magic brew. This India Pale Ale is flavourful medium-bodied and finished with citrus characteristics. Five varietals of hops but only one keeper of the beer.
A big, strong Northwest IPA. Light malts are used in large proportions to provide support for the heavy hopping. Mango, passion fruit and orange flavours and aromas abound.7.2%ABV Draught & 650ML 70IBU 6-8˚c
Seedspitter Watermelon Wit
Have you ever sipped a summer day? This crisp Belgian wit finishes with a blast of refreshing watermelon.
A Belgian style Witbier made with a watermelon twist. Made using barley, wheat and oats, this unfiltered beer boasts an effervescent watermelon aroma and crisp dry finish.5.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 8IBU 4-6˚c
Schadenfreude Pumpkin Oktoberfest
We’ve carved out a pumpkin Oktoberfest even Ichabod Crane would love. This hearty, malty lager is warmed by the mighty pumpkin and lifted with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice and ginger.
Brewed as a traditional Oktoberfest Lager, this beer sets itself apart from other pumpkin ales by being light and refreshing. Pumpkin is used in the mash along with traditional pumpkin pie spicing in the brew kettle.5.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 27IBU 4˚c
Lost Souls Chocolate Pumpkin Porter
All treat, no trick: the rich and robust Lost Souls Chocolate Pumpkin Porter is so good, even the living dead will indulge.
he base of this beer is a robust porter that uses large amounts of chocolate malts to acheive a chocolaty flavour. Pumpkin is used in the mash along with traditional pumpkin pie spicing in the brew kettle. An English strain of yeast is used to give this beer a slightly fruity yeast derived flavour.6.5%ABV Draught & 650ML 18IBU 4-8˚c
Ugly Sweater Milk Stout
A case of the winter warm and fuzzies requires two things: a sweater that only a grandma could love and this sweet, creamy, dark milk stout.
A North American take on a classic English style of beer. This beer is brewed as a smooth tasting stout and sweetened using milk sugar (lactose). The sweetness plays an integral part in balancing the roasted malts that give the beer it's dark colour.5.0%ABV Draught & 341ML 30IBU 8-10˚c
Salty Scot Sea Salted Caramel Scotch Ale
We put the kettle on for long boil and this Scottish wee heavy is what we got. Rich caramel is complemented by sea salt for a complex, intense flavour. Another? Aye.
Building upon a Scottish "Wee Heavy", this unique beer was developed to provide a strong caramel malt flavour with enough salt to give it a bit of a bite. Stronger in alcohol, this beer starts off sweet but remains fairly light to drink.7.5%ABV Draught & 650ML 17IBU 10-12˚c
Black Christmas Christmas Dark Ale
We never saw the point of sucking up to Santa all year long for a couple of measly presents. If drinking this hoppy, toasted malt CDA puts us on the naughty list, where do we sign up?
This beer does away with Vanilla and spices common in Christmas ales and delivers hops and bitterness. A new style of beer developed in the Pacific Northwest, this CDA is hopped like an IPA but is dark in colour. 100-mile local hops were used to build the hop flavour and aroma.6.5%ABV Draught & 650ML 65IBU 6-9˚c
Hay Fever Spring Saison
Till the earth, tip the bottle. With the new season comes a new saison - complex and fruity, with a semi-dry finish.
A refreshingly light Belgian style ale. Lightly hopped, with a peppery orange aroma. Higher carbonation provides a pleasant effervescence.6.5%ABV Draught & 341ML 20IBU 5-7˚c
