And just like that, we bid adieu to an incredible summer!
Over the last few months, we launched a 120-seat beer garden, planned a killer lineup of fall releases, and relearned the definition of hustle. We may have sprouted a couple extra gray hairs, but it was absolutely worth it to see the community all together in our home. Heading into Fall, our beer garden is being converted into a fully tented, heated and decorated biergarten for (you guessed it) Oktoberfest! Keep an eye out on our Instagram to learn more about what's to come.
In late June, our Street Kitchen staff successfully trained with Good Night Out, a BC-based non-profit society that seeks to end harassment on nights out. We are dedicated to creating a safe space for everyone — employee, patron or dog!
Lastly, we are excited to announce that we are on track to hit our goal of raising and donating $50K to charity before 2022. We are currently at $30K and have an exciting announcement coming soon about how we plan on reaching our end goal.
