M.O.B Deep - Shuck Ones Pt. 2
This stout is the second iteration of a beer we brewed specially for Merchant's and was formulated to pair perfectly with oyster. Clean coffee and chocolate roast flavours with subtle dark fruit esters come together for a stout with moderate bitterness and a silky mouthfeel. It is carbonated low, so as to not kill subtle flavour balances in this small beer.

American wheat ale dry hopped with Mosaic hops. Light grain/malt base with a flavourful hop punch and refreshing body.
Clean, crisp and refreshing. A pale lager with all malted barley and local hops.
Spawned from the English Brown Ale, this strongly flavoured classic ale has notes of caramel and chocolate character, which balances the slight hop bitterness and finish.
A pale, refreshing and hoppy beer with supporting caramel malts that keep the beer balanced. The Northwest hops showcase flavours of oranges and grapefruits while the yeasts provide a juicy peach flavour during fermentation.
Our Craft Pilsner is inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style and is brewed with Saaz and Saphir hops with a blend of Moravian and Canadian Pilsner malt. This beer is crisp and refreshing with a rich and complex bready maltiness complimented by the slightly spicy and floral hop character. Craft Pilsner pours pale gold and has a creamy, long-lasting head. It’s extremely sessionable and a fantastic ode to the classic style.
This beer upholds the banana and clove character of a traditional German Hefeweizen while adding a unique twist. Trifecta is dry-hopped with Huell Melon, Meridian and Saphir hops which add notes of strawberry, kiwi, lime and Jasmine Tea and give it a fruit smoothie-like impression.
Son Of A Peach
A sessionable, easy-drinking summer beer inspired by the German Berliner weisse, fermented with 420 lbs of peaches and blended with a sour white ale aged in a Foeder for one year. This light and refreshing beer is loaded with fruity ripe peach aroma with hints of stone fruit and mango, finishing with a crisp, effervescent, tart bite.

Brewed in collaboration with Postmark Brewing for Brews Brothers V. 4. This traditional German Pilsner is brewed with European Noble hops and has a subtle toasty malt profile and notes of straw and hay. This traditional beer is extremely refreshing and has a clean mouthfeel and dry, crisp finish.
"Autobahn" Gladstone Brewing Collab
Brewed in collaboration with Gladstone Brewing for Brews Brothers V. 4. Smoked German malts and European Lager yeast were used to create our unique interpretation of the traditional German Rauchbier. This beer has deep, smoky flavours and notes of Applewood, subtle notes of dark fruit and burnt caramel but has a clean, crisp finish.

Boasting citrus and fruity notes with very little bitterness and a smooth mouthfeel.

This IPA is bursting with tropical fruit flavours featuring pineapple and mango. Aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruit, tangerine, marmalade, pine, black tea and candy.
Smooth German pale lager with rich malt flavor and supportive hop character. Style that served at Oktoberfest in Munich. Brewed with 100% German Bestmalz's malt and German hops. Rich yet crisp bready doughy malt. Floral spicy hop with firm bitterness. Malty yet quaffable perfect patio beer.
Electric Circus Hazy IPA
Electric Circus, yet another Hazy IPA! This beer has a light grainy dough malt flavour but it’s the Azacca, Amarillo and Mosaic hops that shine through with fruity notes of lime, papaya, peach and pine a piney. The addition of oats and wheat give Electric Circus a creaminess. This Hazy IPA is huge on hop flavour but relatively light and crushable!

A ruby red coloured ale with a rich caramel malt flavour and a burst of West Coast hops. Using only late hop additions and dry-hopping, the bitterness is restrained while the hop flavour and aroma are pronounced.
Olli Farmhouse Ale
Our Farmhouse ale brewed with Canadian heritage malt called "Olli" and an experimental Belgian yeast strain that offers red grape, marmalade and honey esters. With a peppery phenol edge and firm bitterness to finish, this ale offers a crisp but rich bready malt base and winey tropical fruit aromas from the use of Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc hops.
"She Blinded Me With Science" Faculty Collab
Brewed in collaboration with Faculty Brewing for Brews Brothers V.4. This hop-forward Black IPA has floral notes from the addition of Centennial, Amarillo and Zythos and a roasty, bitter malt chocolate flavour.

Mixed-culture farmhouse saison, aged in French Oak barrels for a month to develop strong Brett character and barnyard funk including notes of horse blanket, smoke, and leather with a spicy phenolic edge and fruity nose of pineapple, pear, peach, and nectarines.
Boombox Ultra Deluxe IPA
A bit sweeter than previous releases and not overly hazy. This easy drinking IPA has a smooth mouthfeel with tropical, citrus and piney aromas.

A mixed-culture sour saison refermented with mango, guava, and passionfruit and blended with lactose to create a soft, creamy, smoothie-like mouthfeel. Tart, juicy and aromatic with a burst of tropical fruit flavours, hint of vanilla, and silky smooth finish.
Murder Kitty IPA
Big IPA with lots of hop character and just the right amount of malt flavor. Piney, resiny, grapefruit hop. Complex, crisp, bready, toasty malt with touch of caramel. Fairly dry despite the malt flavor. Pleasantly bitter finish with lingering resiney hop flavor.
Cherry Soothsayer Milkshake IPA
Bright sour-cherry flavor upfront with orange peel flavor and peachy, tropical fruit from Amarillo Cashmere hop. Light refreshing tartness from sour-cherry. Creamy milkshakey mouthfeel from oats and wheat. Restraint bitteness. Sour-cherry flavor lingers in the finish.
A west coast IPA with a tonne of hop flavour and aroma. Subtle sweet malt flavour backs up the huge amount of orange, grapefruit, pine and floral aromas this beer expels.
"Hungry Like a Wolf" Bad Tattoo Collab

Persimmon Belgian Scotch Ale
Brewed in collaboration with Bad Tattoo Brewing for Brews Brothers V.4. The Persimmon Belgian Scotch ale is brewed with fresh Fuyu persimmons imparting rich flavours of dates, pears and caramel. The use of Fuggles hops in the boil balance these flavours and add earthy notes of leather and cedar.
Power Slide Double IPA
Power Slide is an unfiltered, DIPA brewed with the ancient Norwegian yeast strain, Kveik (pronounced "Kwike"). This strain produces bold citrus peel esters, which are accentuated by the massive amounts of hops used to dry hop this beer. Power Slide is slightly floral with notes of lemon, grapefruit and stone fruit. The addition of rye adds a spiciness that balances with the hop bitterness. This beer is surprisingly easy drinking with an ABV of 8.0%

"Eyes of a Stranger" R&B Collab
Brewed in collaboration with R&B Brewing for Brews Brothers V.4. Premium malts and European Noble hops were used in this modern take on a traditional German Dopplebock. This beer boasts a strong, rich malt flavour with sweet aromatics and notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar and dried fruit. It finishes with a lingering alcohol warmth.
2 Much Cascade Double IPA
DIPA brewed with huge amount of cascade. Full of citrus, grapefruit, floral, herbal cascade character. Bready malt backbone with touch of toastiness. Firm lingering bitterness.
"Whip It" Mount Arrowsith Collab
Brewed in collaboration with Mount Arrowsmith for Brews Brothers V. 4. The term “Grand Cru” is used to refer to a product of superior quality and is an appropriate title for this Imperial Belgian Wit. Using premium malts and a belgian yeast strain, this beer has a sweet and spicy profile with notes of walnut, rum, lightly toasted pastry and nutmeg.

10.5% Monster Triple IPA. Strong passionfruit, tangerine, lychee and pineapple from huge amount of Galaxy. Violent but masked (by high ABV and sweetness) bitterness. Light haze from oat. Relatively dry finish for ABV. Hop-oily, resiny finish with lingering bitterness in finish. No booziness. Super strong on hop but dangerously smooth and easy drinking for what it is.
