Ginger Beer

Made with fresh ginger, sugar, lemons and cayenne. Big ginger flavour with a spicy kick that travel to the sinus. Refreshing and not too sweet.

Craft Lager Light

Clean, light-bodied, very refreshing and thirst-quenching pale lager. Low on both malt and hop flavour but not as flavourless as the “lite” beers from macro breweries.

Stir Crazy

Easy drinking yet hop forward hazy pale ale. Complex and delicate fruity notes of peach, orange, pineapple, raspberry, lychee from Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra and Ella dryhop. Light crisp malt. Fairly dry. Med-low bitterness. Light haze gives silky smooth mouthfeel.

Lil Pug

We’ve brewed a classic brown ale with a secret blend of root beer spices, creating a harmonious symphony of nutty, toasty, caramel, and chocolate malt notes, beautifully complemented by the woody and complex root beer spices. A hint of earthy and citrusy hop flavor from Willamette provides moderate bitterness, balanced by subtle red grape and dry fruit esters from our English ale yeast. Overall, fairly light, dry, and easy-drinking.

Red’s Sled

This clean, easy-drinking amber lager has a light yet rich grainy malt with a hint of biscuit and nuttiness. A moderately low bitterness provides balance, with a delicate citrus and herbal aroma from the restrained use of Citra hop. Its inviting light amber color makes it an ideal companion for the winter season.

Schwarzbier

A dry dark German lager with restraint roastiness. Moderate dark chocolate notes on the crisp bready malt backbone. Light floral hop notes. Medium-high bitterness. Dry, very clean finish. Delicate roast flavour in the aftertaste. Surprisingly easy drinking for its dark appearance.

Space Kitty

Hoppy, sessionable juicy IPA. Hop aroma of pineapple, mango, peach, pear, and lime from Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra Cryo dry-hop. Light crisp grainy malt flavour. Light, creamy mouthfeel from oats and wheat. Quite hazy but not too thick. Great combination of juicy, hoppy, and sessionable.

Jerkface 9000

American wheat ale dry hopped with Mosaic hops. Light grain/malt base with a flavourful hop punch and refreshing body.

Craft Lager

Clean, crisp and refreshing. A pale lager with all malted barley and local hops.

Old Boy

Spawned from the English Brown Ale, this strongly flavoured classic ale has notes of caramel and chocolate character, which balances the slight hop bitterness and finish.

Craft Pale Ale

A pale, refreshing and hoppy beer with supporting caramel malts that keep the beer balanced. The Northwest hops showcase flavours of oranges and grapefruits while the yeasts provide a juicy peach flavour during fermentation.

Craft Pilsner

Our Craft Pilsner is inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style and is brewed with Saaz and Saphir hops with a blend of Moravian and Canadian Pilsner malt. This beer is crisp and refreshing with a rich and complex bready maltiness complimented by the slightly spicy and floral hop character. Craft Pilsner pours pale gold and has a creamy, long-lasting head. It’s extremely sessionable and a fantastic ode to the classic style. 

Trail of Hops

We collaborated with Another Beer Co. and brewed this West Coast Pale Ale for their grand finale closing. We employed an innovative “dip hopping” technique for the first time to extract intense yet clean hop characteristics from NZ Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. It boasts expressive aroma of white grape, lychee, peach, and lime, without hop heaviness. The light and clean, pleasantly crackery malt flavor comes from Czech pilsner malt, and a medium bitterness perfectly balances its crispness and easy-drinking nature.

Trash Panda

Boasting citrus and fruity notes with very little bitterness and a smooth mouthfeel.

Hop PaTroll Haymaker

A cold IPA dryhopped with Strata and Vista. Aroma and flavour of peach, mango, strawberry, grapefruit and papaya. Very clean, dry, and crisp. Medium bitterness. Full of hoppiness yet refreshing and easy-drinking.

Craft IPA

An easy-drinking West Coast IPA. Aroma and flavour of passionfruit, blueberry, gooseberry, and grapefruit. Firm pleasant bitterness. Grainy malt with a slight hint of toffee and sweetness. Light body and clean dry finish.

Filthy Dirty

A west coast IPA with a ton of hop flavour and aroma. Subtle sweet malt flavour backs up the huge amount of orange, grapefruit, pine and floral aromas this beer expels.

Salty Scot Caramel

Building upon a Scottish “Wee Heavy”, this unique beer was developed to provide a strong caramel malt flavour with enough salt to give it a bit of a bite. Stronger in alcohol, this beer starts off sweet but remains fairly light to drink.
