Bramble Berry Porter is a staff brew created by Kelsey from our lab and Tory from the Street Kitchen. They used 350 lbs of fresh Abbotsford blackberries in this 1000L batch of beer. This deliciously creamy Nitro Porter is black in colour with a pinkish cascade and foam. Bramble Berry Porter has a surprisingly light mouthfeel, smooth creaminess, dark chocolate maltiness and a pleasantly tart blackberry finish.

Wheed Whacker is a Fresh Hop Blonde Ale brewed with 100% Triple Pearl hops from the Cole Road Properties hop farm in Abbotsford, BC. 30 kg of freshly picked Triple Pearl hops were “wheed whacked” and added to the mash tun at flame out. The result is an easy-drinking, crushable Blonde Ale with floral, minty, herbal and citrusy fresh hop aroma and flavour. This beer has a light grainy malt backbone and firm bitterness with a tea leaf-like finish.

Nana’s Nectar is a Pear and Rhubarb Milkshake IPA created by Jared and Bee through our staff brew program. The addition of lactose and oats give it a thick and creamy mouthfeel and subtle sweetness which gives a milkshake-like impression.

We took the wort brewed for the American Homebrewers Association Rally and fermented it and aged it in French Oak Wine Barrels for three months with a blend of sour and wild cultures. Eachurweeties is an IPA brewed using 3 types of wheat: wheat malt, torrified wheat and caramel wheat. This unique grain profile produces a pancake- like bready flavour and light silky mouthfeel. This beer is dry hopped using Mandarina Bavaria, Enigma, Mosaic and Cascade hops giving it strong citrus notes along with hints of peach, lychee, white grape. Eachurweeties finishes dry with an bitter earthy bite.

It’s been a long return for our 2017 mixed-culture pale sour that spent nearly a year in French Oak barrels before being blended and racked on whole blueberries from Washington State and aged for another two months. Red-violet in the glass with light pink foam and medium clarity. Intense blueberry aroma matched with an assertively tart nose. Dominant berry-flesh, oaky tannins and puckering berry skins are followed with spice, wine grape, jolly ranchers, and a lingering acidic finish. Unfiltered and conditioned in the bottle so please pour gently.

Like the refraction of light through a prism, we’ve changed the wavelength of this beer through the addition of second-use fruit. The first beer in our Refraction series is a French oak barrel-aged, mixed culture saison, conditioned on Lapin cherries from our Late Bloomer Cherry Sour. This tart saison has delicate cherry notes with hints of vanilla and almond, and a soft lactic flavour with earthy funk. Unfiltered and conditioned in the bottle so please pour gently.

An unfiltered, DIPA brewed with an ancient Norweigan yeast strain called Kveik (pronounced "Kwike"). Exploding with flavours of pineapple, lychee, guava and grapefruit, Troll Juice is an incredibly crushable beer.

Power Slide is an unfiltered, DIPA brewed with the ancient Norwegian yeast strain, Kveik (pronounced "Kwike"). This strain produces bold citrus peel esters, which are accentuated by the massive amounts of hops used to dry hop this beer. Power Slide is slightly floral with notes of lemon, grapefruit and stone fruit. The addition of rye adds a spiciness that balances with the hop bitterness. This beer is surprisingly easy drinking with an ABV of 8.0%

Legend of Citra is a double IPA that was brewed in collaboration with Kilter brewing from Winnipeg. The beer was made with Pilsner malt and as many flaked oats as the brewers could fit in the mash. The additions were simple but plentiful, with 3 different varietals of Citra (T45, T90 and Citra cryo hop) kicking up massive aromas to support a clean and punctuated fruity profile.

Staff brew by Jeremy and Erik. Hammer Smashed Lager is a beer fit for Thor himself! This beer was heavily hopped with high Alpha Acid Chinook hops, giving it a dank, piney and citrusy aroma. The addition of Midnight Wheat gives this Lager a dark, malty colour without the roastiness that the colour suggests. At 9.2% ABV this Lager packs a punch but is surprisingly smooth for its ABV.
