Non-Alcoholic Pilsner
Non-alcoholic pilsner brewed to have characterful flavour to be enjoyed without the alcohol content. Spicy and herbal hop notes with a hint of citrus from German Saphir and Perle. Grainy malt with a hint of cracker and tea. Moderately high bitterness. Firm body and mouthfeel. Clean and balanced.
Craft Lager Light
Clean, light-bodied, very refreshing and thirst-quenching pale lager. Low on both malt and hop flavour but not as flavourless as the "lite" beers from macro breweries.
The Pale Whale
A sessionable hoppy American pale ale brewed with Nectaraon, HBC1019, Citra, and Centennial. Pleasant hop aroma and flavour of orange, peach, and mango. Grainy crackery malt with a hint of sweetness. Clean, light, and dry but not watery for the low alcohol content. Moderate bitterness.
Stir Crazy
Easy drinking yet hop forward hazy pale ale. Complex and delicate fruity notes of peach, orange, pineapple, raspberry, lychee from Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra and Ella dryhop. Light crisp malt. Fairly dry. Med-low bitterness. Light haze gives silky smooth mouthfeel.
Blanche Sequence
A vibrant and refreshing wheat ale with tropical fruits caracter. Flavour of ripe tangerine and mango balanced by grainy doughy wheat. Light-bodied. Light haze.
Ultra Fox
A sessionable hoppy pale ale brewed with Nectaraon, HBC1019, Citra, and Centennial. Pleasant hop aroma and flavour of orange, peach, and mango from these newer hop strains. Grainy crackery malt with a hint of sweetness. Oats adds creamy mouthfeel and body without thick haze. Moderate bitterness. Clean, light, and dry but full of fruity expression of hops with moderate alcohol content for sessionability.
N2 Craft Stout
A dry Caribbean style stout with rich coffee and chocolate notes. Beautiful cascade, fine thick head and smooth velvety mouthfeel from nitrogenation. Light fruity undertone from English yeast. Light, dry and easy drinking.
Barley Bypass
A hoppy gluten-free blonde ale brewed with Amarillo hop. Aromatic grapefruit and pineapple aroma from Amarillo blends into the slight spicy sorghum flavour. Medium bitterness, moderately dry, and light body. Easy-drinking.
Space Kitty
Hoppy, sessionable juicy IPA. Hop aroma of pineapple, mango, peach, pear, and lime from Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra Cryo dry-hop. Light crisp grainy malt flavour. Light, creamy mouthfeel from oats and wheat. Quite hazy but not too thick. Great combination of juicy, hoppy, and sessionable.
Craft Lager
Clean, crisp and refreshing. A pale lager with all malted barley and local hops.
Old Boy
Spawned from the English Brown Ale, this strongly flavoured classic ale has notes of caramel and chocolate character, which balances the slight hop bitterness and finish.
Craft Pale Ale
A pale, refreshing and hoppy beer with supporting caramel malts that keep the beer balanced. The Northwest hops showcase flavours of oranges and grapefruits while the yeasts provide a juicy peach flavour during fermentation.
Craft Pilsner
Our Craft Pilsner is inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style and is brewed with Saaz and Saphir hops with a blend of Moravian and Canadian Pilsner malt. This beer is crisp and refreshing with a rich and complex bready maltiness complimented by the slightly spicy and floral hop character. Craft Pilsner pours pale gold and has a creamy, long-lasting head. It’s extremely sessionable and a fantastic ode to the classic style.
Tipsy Twig
Our house-fermented dry cider. Clean fresh apple aroma and flavour. Light tartness and a touch of tannin. Hint of honey, cinnamon and clove notes (No spices added.), and earthiness. Dry and refreshing.
Purple Rain
Our house-fermented semi-sweet cider with blackberry. Fragrant blackberry aroma combined with clean fresh apple flavour. Medium tartness and moderate sweetness. A touch of tannin and a hint of violet, cinnamon, honey, rose and earthiness. Luxurious deep purple colour.
Trash Panda
Boasting citrus and fruity notes with very little bitterness and a smooth mouthfeel.
Hop PaTroll - Cold IPA
A cold IPA dryhopped with Strata and Vista. Aroma and flavour of peach, mango, strawberry, grapefruit and papaya. Very clean, dry, and crisp. Medium bitterness. Full of hoppiness yet refreshing and easy-drinking.
Hop PaTroll - New Zealand Pils
A single hop New Zealand Pilsener brewed with Nelson Sauvin. Aroma and flavour of guave, gooseberry, lychee, white grape with a hint of earthiness. Light grainy malt . Crisp and sharp impression with medium bitterness. Dry and clean finish.
Grapeful Dead
An oenobeer - a beer brewed with red grapes. Red grape flavour blends with crockery grainy flavour of malts. A hint of Nelson Sauvin adds citrus fruitiness along with tropical fruit character. Light tartness and a hint of tannin from hibiscus. Beautiful burgundy colour. Fairly light and easy drinking.
Red Light Sting
A dry, easy-drinking red IPA. Hop characters of lime, pine, kiwi, gooseberry, and spice. Light grainy malt with a hint of bread, raisin, and roast complexity. Moderate bitterness with dry finish with evergreen aftertaste.
New Frontiers
A collaboration with a 100% grower-owned hop supplier, Yakima Chief Hops, featuring their cutting-edge hop extracts, Dynaboost Simcoe and Hyperboost Simcoe, and an experimental hop variety, HBC638 pellets. Intense but clean hop flavour and aroma of pineapple, pine, currant, and grapefruit. Clean moderately high bitterness. Neutral grainy malt with a touch of sweetness. Very easy-drinking, juicy IPA with pure expression of hop characters.
Hop PaTroll - West Coast IPA
A good classic West Coast IPA dryhopped with El Dorado, Simcoe, Amarillo. Strong hop aroma of paneapple, mango, apricot, pine, dank, and citrus. Strong but clean bitterness. Light malt sweetness balances it out. Resiny hop aftertaste.
Epic IPA
An easy-drinking West Coast IPA. Aroma and flavour of passionfruit, blueberry, gooseberry, and grapefruit. Firm pleasant bitterness. Grainy malt with a slight hint of toffee and sweetness. Light body and clean dry finish.
Filthy Dirty
A west coast IPA with a ton of hop flavour and aroma. Subtle sweet malt flavour backs up the huge amount of orange, grapefruit, pine and floral aromas this beer expels.
Salty Scot
Building upon a Scottish "Wee Heavy", this unique beer was developed to provide a strong caramel malt flavour with enough salt to give it a bit of a bite. Stronger in alcohol, this beer starts off sweet but remains fairly light to drink.
Toques of Hazzard
An Imperial IPA made with wheat to keep the beer light bodied and a hazy white. Big hop flavours and aromas of tropical fruit and gooseberries from the Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Decibel
A double-dryhopped hazy triple IPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo, Centennial, and Incognito Citra. Huge hop character of kiwi, lychee, white grape, cream, passionfruit, and tangerine. Rich grainy crackery malt with moderate sweetness. Medium-high bitterness that balances with the sweetness. Moderate haze. Clean and dangerously smooth for the 10.2% ABV. It's like drinking fresh-squeezed hop nectar.
