Beer Diversity Virtual Session with Ren Navarro
In order to take actionable steps towards a more diverse and inclusive brewery, we recently secured a partnership with Ren Navarro from Beer Diversity, to put words to action when it comes to creating a diverse and inclusive workspace.
The first stage of the action plan was a virtual session with Ren, where we openly discussed work culture within our own brewery, the beer industry as a whole, and how we can all work together to improve it. This session was the first of many and we are working with Ren to secure a date for our second beer diversity session.
People and Culture Manager
We're delighted to share the news that our new People and Culture Manager will be starting on Monday, September 14th. This is exciting progress in our action plan to change our workplace culture for the better.
Respectful Workplace Awareness training
Starting next week, The Neutral Zone will be carrying our respectful workplace awareness and harassment training with all employees.
Improvements to our surroundings
We’ve been at busy at work also making improvements to our surroundings within the brewery, through staff and break room renovations.
