Our Craft Pilsner is inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style and is brewed with Saaz and Saphir hops with a blend of Moravian and Canadian Pilsner malt. This beer is crisp and refreshing with a rich and complex bready maltiness complimented by the slightly spicy and floral hop character. Craft Pilsner pours pale gold and has a creamy, long-lasting head. It’s extremely sessionable and a fantastic ode to the classic style.

A cold pale ale, an hoppy ale brewed with lager yeast to achieve the clean, crisp, refreshing character of a lager combined with the substantial flavor of a pale ale. It is brewed with Red Shed Malt’s Penhold Pilsner malt and a blend of Krush, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops, which deliver notes of passionfruit, white grape, grapefruit, and a hint of berries. This brew features a light, grainy malt profile, a medium-high bitterness, and a crisp, dry finish.

This wheat IPA was brewed in collaboration with Country Malt Group to celebrate the World Cup featuring New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. It boasts a huge fruit notes of kiwi, lychee, white grape, and guava, balanced by a soft, velvety, and chewy mouthfeel derived from a large portion of wheat. A firm bitterness ensures a crisp finish, keeping it from feeling too sweet.

Rad-Berry Turbo is a high-octane take on the classic summer refresher, clocking in at a 7.0% ABV. This extra-strong raspberry lemon radler opens with an aromatic burst of sun-ripened berries and sharp, zesty citrus. Built on a crisp, clean high-gravity lager base, it delivers an immediate wave of juicy raspberry sweetness that is expertly balanced by the refreshing, tart tang of lemonade.

Pink Boots POG Hibiscus Sour-Pink Power Sour is a vibrant and empowering Tropical Hibiscus POG(passionfruit, orange, guava) Sour ale crafted by a team of passionate women and non-binary individuals at Paralle 49 in collaboration with Pink Boots Society to celebrate International Women's Day. Fragrant and expressive fruit aroma of passionfruit, orange, and guava is up front. Light cracker-like malt flavour with a hint of sweetness from the special Pink Boots Malt featuring the Odyssey barley variety from Canada Malting. Clean and refreshing, moderately-high sourness. Hibiscus adds beautiful pink colour and a touch of tannin.

Lemon Watermelon Seltzer

Spawned from the English Brown Ale, this strongly flavoured classic ale has notes of caramel and chocolate character, which balances the slight hop bitterness and finish.

A unique Sour Ale brewed with real culinary lavender flowers and blueberry, this beer presents a fragrant and perfectly balanced fresh lavender aroma.
